Looking for an editor?
I'm your man.
I'm an acclaimed novelist and freelance editor, with experience across both fiction and non-fiction.

If you want to get published, writing your manuscript is a great start. But it is just a start.
Once you’ve completed your first draft, it’s time to unsheathe the red pen and edit the thing. And then edit it all over again, from the first word to the last. And then go through the whole thing all over again. And then, maybe, your book will be ready to submit to agents or publishers. If nothing else, it’ll be ready for another edit.
If that’s the bad news, then the good news is that I’m an experienced and traditionally published editor, and I’d love to help you prepare your book for publishing.
Whether you’re a novelist or a non-fiction author, writing a great book is about more than just getting the words down. It’s about getting down the right words, in the right order. That’s the part where an editor can help.
I’m not just an acclaimed novelist, I’m also the editor of five traditionally published books – including novels and memoirs set in the worlds of sport, finance and espionage. If you’ve got a manuscript that needs a bit of love, I can help fine-tune the plot, polish the prose, and weed out mistakes. From kitchen-sink developmental edits and delicate line edits all the way through to proofreading, I have the experience and skills to give your book the best possible chance in a crowded and competitive market.
I work with publishers, agents and authors. To talk pricing and availability, get in touch.
